RTP and House Edge Explained
To make informed decisions in online gaming, it helps to understand the basics of RTP (Return to Player) and house edge. RTP is the theoretical percentage of total wagers that a game returns to players over the long term. For example, if a slot has an RTP of 96%, then in theory ৳96 is returned to players for every ৳100 wagered — the casino keeps the remaining ৳4.
House edge is the flip side of RTP. If RTP is 96%, the house edge is 4%. This is the casino's long-term mathematical advantage. This advantage varies by game: generally, slot games have an RTP between 92-98%, blackjack around 99%, and roulette between 94-97% — though these figures depend on the game's rules and variant.
One important thing to keep in mind: RTP is a statistical average based on billions of spins or hands. Your personal results in an evening's play can differ significantly from this figure — in either direction. So treat RTP as information to help you choose a game, not as a guarantee of winning.
Volatility or variance is another important concept. In high-volatility games, big wins come less frequently but are larger in size; in low-volatility games, smaller wins come more often. Choosing a game with the right volatility for your budget and playing style is a smart move.
Approximate RTP by game type
These figures are general ranges across different games — individual games may vary.
Local Card Games
Enjoy the card games familiar to people in Bangladesh, now available online.
Teen Patti
Played with three cards — the player with the strongest hand wins. Each round, players take turns raising the bet or folding. Starter tip: place small bets in the first few hands to get a feel for the game's rhythm. Can be played against a live dealer.
Live DealerAndar Bahar
One card is placed in the middle; the remaining cards are dealt to the right (Bahar) or left (Andar) — bet on which side will receive a card of the same value. Very fast rounds, easy for beginners. Played against a live dealer.
Live DealerCallbreak
Four players, a 52-card deck. Before each round, you must declare how many tricks you will take. If you fall short, points are deducted. Beginner tip: spade cards are powerful — hold onto them when you have them. Played against other players.
MultiplayerLudo / Rummy
In Ludo, roll the dice and move your pieces home to win. In Rummy, complete your hand by arranging three or four cards of the same value or the same suit. Both games are played against other players — familiar games, new fun.

How Betting Exchange Works
In regular betting you bet against the casino or the site. In a betting exchange you bet directly against other players — the site acts only as an intermediary and takes a small commission.
| 🔵 Back (betting in favour) | 🔴 Lay (betting against) |
|---|---|
| You think team X will win | You think team X will not win |
| You profit if correct | You lose if wrong, you profit if correct |
| Same as regular betting | You take the role of the casino |
Example: Say you place a ৳500 Back bet on Bangladesh at odds of 2.0 in a Bangladesh vs India match. If Bangladesh wins, you make ৳500 profit; if they lose, you lose ৳500. A Lay bet gives the opposite result.
Exchange odds are generally better because they are set by other players — the market is competitive. However, the site takes a fixed commission on winnings.
